Job Summary
Manage current and upcoming delivery demand by communicating directly with drivers and brokers. Prepare delivery ticket selections within CUE and oversee day-to-day dispatching operations using AWE systems. Produce and review performance reports, adjust K-factors, and track outstanding tickets or special arrangements. Review and adjust customer account delivery parameters, including tank size and flags, while handling weekend and overnight customer service inquiries. Maintain the DD table and troubleshoot truck computer systems or AWE/CV30-31 software issues as needed. Provide customer support on incoming calls and assist in planning workload forecasts based on branch demands.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Dispatching and Logistics experience considered an asset
- Professional driving or fleet dispatching experience is an asset
