Job Summary
Coordinate routes and delivery times to ensure auto body parts reach collision repair shops on schedule. Assign vehicles, check out drivers, and distribute paperwork while monitoring progress and assisting with problems. Add runs to daily shuttle schedules and check sales programs for back-order items to match delivery needs. Communicate with all departments to assure accurate and expedient cycling. Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to operate a company vehicle in various conditions. Must work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to react professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task within heavy deadline
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate company owned vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Good driving record/history
- Two years of dispatching experience
- Be at least 18 years old
