Job Summary
Create a 5-Star customer experience through clear, professional, and timely communication while managing and optimizing daily schedules for field professionals. Serve as the primary customer contact from dispatch notification through job completion, handling appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and updates. Resolve customer concerns promptly, perform follow-ups after completed appointments, and track unsold estimates. Assist with inbound customer service calls as needed and support office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow. This full-time onsite role at Apex Pros, a Dublin, Ohio service company, requires strong interpersonal skills and experience with ServiceTitan or Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Minimum of one year of dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other service-based industries
- Dispatch experience in local trucking or logistics
- Excellent phone-based customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a fast-paced, changing workload
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect in person and across phone, email, and digital communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
