Job Summary
Dispatch Technicians to handle service requests and preventive maintenance (PM) while taking, recording, and prioritizing customer calls. Compile customer summary invoicing, organize paperwork, and maintain technician time logs. Answer internal and customer service calls, open and close work orders with accurate story lines, and assist with payroll time card entry. Monitor fleet service calls, assign technicians based on skill sets, and track PM reports, audits, and overtime. Ensure technicians are on time via Fleetmatics monitoring and provide technical data support. Perform other duties as assigned. First shift, Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Previous ERP experience is a plus
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Intermediate language skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

- Ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
