Job Summary
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs. Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability while monitoring schedules to ensure optimal efficiency. Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other channels. Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and potential delays. This role requires 2+ years of dispatch and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatch experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential
Desired Qualifications
- It is preferable to have prior experience in dispatching, customer service, in plumbing, service technicians, or electricians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
