Job Summary
Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients to manage service requests, handling inbound calls, creating new accounts, and booking jobs. Follow up on open jobs and estimates while coordinating with team members to meet client needs swiftly. Outbound to fill the schedule and schedule return visits, then execute a dispatch close-out process using a checklist to ensure technicians meet all requirements. Work a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or weekend coverage. Requires strong dispatching experience, specifically with ServiceTitan, and proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel and Teams.

- Experience working in home service trades
- Customer service experience
- Ability to understand performance reports and data
