Dispatcher - AAA

The Dispatcher coordinates day-to-day ride operations from an in-office setting, organizing and routing trips to ensure on-time, cost-effective service. Responsibilities include directing drivers and monitors, assisting with directions, reporting incidents, recording no-shows and on-time performance, monitoring radios/phones, and communicating service issues to the appropriate personnel. Strong emphasis on timely, accurate communication, scheduling, and use of transportation systems and tools to support safe, reliable operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, 1 year of call center experience, and at least 6 months of customer service experience. Proficiency with GPS/GIS and basic computer tools is preferred; experience with transit scheduling systems is desirable. The role is office-based and requires coordinating with drivers and transportation providers to maintain service quality and schedule adherence.
