Job Summary
Dispatcher/Driver Manager role in Byron Center, MI responsible for dispatching and managing CDL-A drivers on dedicated, just-in-time loads, ensuring timely pickup and delivery, enforcing HOS/compliance, interfacing with dispatch staff and customers, promoting driver safety, updating trucking systems, evaluating driver performance, and utilizing satellite tracking and TMW dispatch software. Shift is 4 days on/4 days off from 6am to 6pm. Prior dispatching experience in transportation is a plus; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
