Job Summary
Manage service requests by assigning technicians based on skills and location while monitoring status and providing real-time ETA updates. Coordinate field operations by adjusting schedules, escalating issues, and maintaining accurate records of service calls and technician availability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and optimize routes to enhance productivity through continuous operational monitoring. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with occasional travel to Race offices.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in dispatch operations
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the telecom industry
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience with Salesforce or equivalent
- Familiarity of dispatching best practices
- Hands-on experience using dispatch software and tools to optimize operations
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices related to field service operations and logistics management
- Proven geographical knowledge of service area
- Ability to read maps
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
