Job Summary
Dispatch Supervisor leads daily dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all active projects in oilfield logistics. Responsible for supervising dispatchers, coordinating rosters and inventory, maintaining communication with carriers and customers, and ensuring timely reporting and planning. Requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Supervisory experience required
- 5+ years of dispatch or logistics experience (oilfield preferred)
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a challenging 24/7 environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite of tools
- Hours of Service and Driver Log Requirements knowledge
