Job Summary
Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations and serve as the primary contact for dispatcher questions and escalated customer concerns. Coordinate and manage schedules for service technicians and drivers; determine urgency of requests; assign and dispatch personnel to locations; maintain work schedules; track status of personnel, vehicles, and equipment using dispatch software; communicate with technicians, drivers, customers, and management; document activities per company policy; troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues; provide exceptional customer service; support dispatch team members and escalate as needed; audit completed jobs for accuracy and completeness; ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and on time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Additional training or certification in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or emergency management is a plus
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools
