Job Summary
Oversee drivers from load-out through route planning, respond to on-route support calls, and assign daily routes. Communicate with distribution center teams to facilitate pickups and deliveries while managing driver gas cards, tools, and maintenance schedules. Occasionally load or unload product and handle roadside service calls. Weekend work is required, and you may receive any other tasks as assigned by management. This role supports Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, in ensuring facilities receive quality and on-time shipments within a mission-driven company disrupting the traditional food supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in dispatching / driving role
- Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements
- Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team
- Computer skills, particularly G-Suite, Slack
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Energetic and excited about Imperfect
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excels at independent, unsupervised work
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Experience in material handling
- Weekend work is required
