Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring dispatch personnel, overseeing scheduling, monitoring efficiency metrics, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing process improvements. Candidates should have proven leadership experience in dispatch or logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch-related systems.

Additional Requirements
