Job Summary
Oversee scheduling and routing of all deliveries to the yard and jobsites; book incoming direct trucks to be unloaded at jobsites; maintain maintenance and records on all company trucks and equipment; enter delivery tickets into the computer to support Salespersons and Customer Service Representatives in maintaining an accurate timetable for customers; requires ability to meet deadlines, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of materials used on the job, and adherence to safety and DOT regulations; 40-hour minimal work week with a flexible schedule and OSHA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of dispatch experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with truck and equipment maintenance.
- Computer Skills: Data entry; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
