Job Summary
Dispatch Manager responsible for leading a regional dispatch team across 24/7 operations, coordinating with Supply, Sales, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customers to optimize fuel delivery dispatch, route planning, and inventory. Oversees land dispatch leads, coordinators, and interns; drives scheduling, vendor relations, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement using existing dispatch systems, ensuring timely, secure deliveries and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience as a Dispatch Manager
- 2+ years of experience with OIR dispatching or similar dispatching systems
- 2+ years of experience with PDI or similar in-truck technology
- MS Office proficiencies
