Dispatch Lead

Dispatch Lead overseeing live ops for Paratransit and on-demand transit in Truckee, CA. You will be the go-to person for real-time troubleshooting decisions, collaborate with Dispatch, Rider support, Local Operations, and product optimization teams, and own live operations tickets and tasks. Expect to manage multiple stakeholders, build cross-functional relationships, deliver strong rider and driver support, and leverage Via products to make ad hoc decisions. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be tech-savvy, take ownership of outcomes, communicate effectively, and remain proactive and solution-oriented. This is an in-person role requiring onsite presence five days a week.
