Job Summary
Dispatch Lead will coordinate schedules, dispatch service and repair calls, monitor and adjust real-time schedules, and communicate with technicians, customers, and management to ensure a smooth, professional customer experience. Responsibilities include reviewing daily jobs for skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details; optimizing routes to improve efficiency; serving as the primary point of contact for customers; documenting customer interactions and ensuring follow-up; handling inbound calls and routing them appropriately; and supporting the office and operations team with administrative tasks. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
- Garage door industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly desirable
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
