Dispatch

Assist in directing and coordinating orders and deliveries to customers, supporting day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations. Maintain compliance with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; schedule and assign staff to meet service standards; collaborate with personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Support safety and risk-management initiatives, participate in investigations of hazards, and help enforce loss-control programs. Requires GED and at least 2 years of dispatching experience; strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, problem solving, multitasking, and the ability to operate basic office machinery in a warehouse/office setting.
