Job Summary
Dispatch Helper to support Amazon Delivery Operations in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include assisting dispatchers with daily driver check-in and route preparation, monitoring driver progress, communicating with drivers via phone or text, helping with delivery issues and route updates, tracking packages and returns, handling van keys and equipment, keeping the dispatch area organized, and following safety policies and Amazon procedures. Eligible candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable using basic tracking systems in a fast-paced logistics environment. Opportunities for growth into dispatcher, driver, or management roles. Part-time with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
