Job Summary
Coordinate daily e-commerce dispatch activities, manage courier pickups, and ensure accurate packaging and labeling. Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolve escalations, and maintain real-time shipment status records. Support production teams with picklist verification, label generation, and SKU mapping before dispatch. Update logistics and factory details in ZOHO ERP/CRM, generate reports, and ensure system data accuracy. Requires knowledge of dispatch operations, e-commerce processes, and ZOHO familiarity. Candidates with up to one year of logistics experience and proximity to the Bishnupur factory location are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce shipment processes
- Working knowledge of ZOHO ERP/CRM or similar software
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines
- Candidates with up to 1 year of Logistics & Supply Chain experience
- Candidates residing location should be near the factory location or from Kolkata
