Job Summary
Dispatch/Customer Services supporting Ready Mix operations. Duties include providing quality and timely customer service by handling incoming calls, order entry, and addressing questions or concerns on orders; managing changes in orders and shipping requirements; coordinating delivery of mixer and aggregate trucks; tracking orders and execution; communicating with plant personnel, operations, and drivers; scheduling leased drivers; informing project status and customer concerns to relevant teams; interfacing with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Safety; and generating regular performance reports. Requires basic computer/data-entry skills, strong communication, ability to multi-task, proficiency in Excel/Teams/Word, knowledge of the Colorado area, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual abilities preferred; Command Alkon experience is a plus; on-site day shift with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong basic math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word
- Experience with Command Alkon Platform (preferred)
- Geographical knowledge of the Colorado area and the ability to read maps and communicate directions
- Diligent multi-tasking capabilities
- Able to work well with others in a high-stress environment
- Ready-mix Dispatching or Customer service – related experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Preferred)
