Job Summary
Dispatch Core 2 Agent processes inbound and outbound calls to resolution, provides customer service assistance, and educates members on membership benefits and coverage. Responsibilities span dispatching for Core 1 (Light Duty) and Core 2 (Medium and High Duty), answering member and vendor callbacks, handling digital dispatches, troubleshooting customer problems, and maintaining awareness of policy/procedure updates. The role emphasizes meeting monthly metrics (NPS, CPE, AHT, QWT) while delivering high-quality service and collaborating with teammates. The position requires working 40+ hours per week, including at least one weekend day, in a fully remote-capable environment with locations in Mesa, AZ and Irving, TX; base compensation is $16.00 per hour, with potential bonuses based on performance after training and exams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6- months Customer Service Dispatching skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Good verbal / written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer/keyboard experience and Internet knowledge.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Mapping with Bing or Google maps and searching skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts and varied days off as needed.
