Job Summary
Dispatch Coordinator role with Work From Home setup involves managing inbound calls, coordinating tow truck dispatches, maintaining accurate job records, and preparing quotes and invoices. Responsibilities include allocating and dispatching jobs to drivers via Linksoft Tow Manager, handling driver inquiries about payments, locations and pick-up details, providing timely updates to insurers and police, verifying job details and pricing before submission, delivering strong phone-based customer service, and supporting the General Manager with reporting and additional administrative tasks. Requires clear written and verbal communication, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently during peak periods while collaborating with a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in admin, logistics, dispatch, or customer service is highly regarded
