Job Summary
Dispatch Coordinator role responsible for scheduling and routing repair orders to technicians, prioritizing work based on skill, availability, and urgency, monitoring job progress, and communicating with service advisors, technicians, sales, and customers to ensure on-time, high-quality service. Responsibilities include technician workflow coordination, shop capacity and efficiency management, repair order accuracy and priority management, customer service and communications, performance tracking and reporting, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Must be proficient with dispatching/scheduling tools, analyze data to optimize operations, and support the service department’s goals with clear, actionable insights. Experience in scheduling or workflow coordination, strong problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Background checks/drug testing are required.
