Dispatch Coordinator (53851)

Route daily deliveries to Delivery Technicians and re-deploy drivers to manage same-day and emergent orders. Coordinate services and shipments with Customer Service Representatives to schedule deliveries, provide expectations, and communicate delays or issues. Assist in equipment cleaning, processing, labeling, and storage, while documenting all activities per policy. Perform minor equipment repairs to ensure safe operation, attend manufacturer training for new products, and route technicians for in-home preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate vehicle files, update concentrator check logs, reconcile outstanding stops, and troubleshoot product-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
