Job Summary
Monitor and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services, assigning and routing requests while maintaining established call handling times. Clearly document communications following protocols, escalate issues as necessary, and communicate trip data including confirmations and routing time to providers and facilities. Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel to ensure quality support and care. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, some dispatch or customer service experience, and strong organization and multitasking skills. Hourly rates start at $19.00+ DOE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service
