Job Summary
Maintain accurate configuration, tracking, and maintenance records for tank monitors within internal systems, ensuring equipment information is up to date and properly tracked. Manage the setup, transfer, recovery, and inventory of tank monitors to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, while gathering and analyzing information from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate warranty repairs, track inventory levels across locations, and collaborate with schedulers and managers to provide operational insights and support business decision-making. This 18-month fixed term position is onsite at the Crown St location in Saint John, NB.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience in Business or related field
- Bachelors: Business Administration
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with data, reporting, and multiple business systems is preferred
