Job Summary
As Stewarding Supervisor, you will lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department, ensuring sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas, training new colleagues, ensuring dishware and equipment availability, reviewing banquet event orders, and maintaining inventory of breakages and chipped items. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy in Microsoft Windows. Previous Stewarding/Kitchen department experience is preferred.
