Dishwashing or Utility Supervisor

Direct and assist Stewards to make cleanup more efficient by ensuring water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dish washing machines and hand wash stations, while assisting with banquet plate-ups and transporting stock. Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks, provide needed items, and return cleaned items to proper locations. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Welcome guests according to company standards and address service needs. Move objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
