Job Summary
Presoak and scrub all silverware, pre-rinse dishes and pots with a sprayer, and load items into the dishwashing machine. Unload the machine, inspect dishes for remaining food particles, and rewash as necessary while adhering to required sanitation standards. Restock silverware and plates as needed, and manage trash, compost, and recycling. Evening and weekend availability is required.
