Job Summary
Buss tables to collect soiled plates and flatware, then wash dishes, pans, and pots to ensure clean dish availability. Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen appliances, machines, and cook stations. Assist with unloading delivery trucks, resetting tables, and storing deliveries when needed. Adhere to all food safety procedures and regulations while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced kitchen. Take out trash and rinse garbage cans as required.
Required Qualifications
