Job Summary
Sort soiled ware, wash all equipment, and replace items in designated storage areas. Keep dish machines properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards. Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans promptly to support cooks. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products to adhere to health standards. Clean and dry floors to prevent slip/fall accidents. Utilize protective equipment and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. A current Food Handler Card is preferred. This role requires availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available weekends, weekdays and holidays
- Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards
- Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain them in order to compliment guest experience
- Utilize protective equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably hold a current Food Handler Card
