Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware, load and unload the dishwasher, and hand wash items as necessary. Store cleaned dishes appropriately and ensure sufficient stock during peak service times. Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area, including floors, while maintaining HACCP compliance. Work weekends, holidays, and late nights in a fast-paced environment, lifting 30 lbs frequently and standing for 8-12 hours. Submit to a background check and hold a valid Texas Food Handlers license.
