Job Summary
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware while monitoring water temperatures and cleaning standards to ensure guest safety. Set up and break down dish machines daily, pre-soak pots and pans, and keep the dish room spotless by emptying trash, mopping floors, and cleaning cans. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work flexible part-time hours supporting teammates during busy shifts, with growth opportunities to advance to line cook or management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise
- Detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe
- Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship-ready
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
