Job Summary
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware while monitoring water temperatures to ensure guest safety and food quality. Set up and break down dish machines daily, keep the dish room spotless by emptying trash and mopping floors, and pre-soak pots, pans, and silverware. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines while assisting teammates during busy shifts. Work in a gameday atmosphere with flexible part-time hours, supporting a culture of teamwork and growth within a nationally recognized brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise
- Detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe
- Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship-ready
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
