Job Summary
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by emptying trash, cleaning food preparation zones, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Sort and stack clean items for easy kitchen access while providing support to staff during busy periods. Adhere to food safety standards, monitor supply inventory, and collaborate to maintain workflow efficiency. Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
