Job Summary
Maintain sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans and equipment; operate the dish washing machine per procedure; ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded; remove damaged dishes and utensils; stock delivered food and non-food items; empty garbage, breakdown boxes; perform deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment; attend training and in-service seminars; uphold Senior Lifestyle standards; maintain a safe working environment and positive, professional demeanor with residents, visitors, and co-workers; comply with COVID-19 vaccination policy unless exempt; must be 18+ or have a workers permit; HS diploma or GED preferred; previous kitchen experience preferred; must pass background check and drug test.
