Job Summary
Dishwasher/Utility Associate performs food service support by washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware; maintains sanitary conditions in the kitchen and related areas; handles storage and rotation of food and supplies, removal of garbage, and keeping floors clean after meals. Responsibilities include operating kitchen appliances (garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, ice machine), assisting with food preparation, inventory, and deliveries as needed, following all safety and emergency procedures, and communicating with the Food & Beverage Director and staff. Must be on time, follow the posted schedule, and maintain attendance; this role may require weekends/holidays and shifts other than the primary one, may involve lifting up to 40-50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and potential background/drug testing. High School diploma or GED and some kitchen experience are desirable prerequisites.
