Job Summary
Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and storage and rotation of food and supplies. Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation. Must multi-task, exercise good judgment, and demonstrate problem-solving and time management skills while meeting all health requirements and background checks.
