Job Summary
Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and rotation of food and supplies. Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards while complying with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation. Must meet all health requirements and background checks. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to multi-task with good judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills.
