Job Summary
Dishwasher at Tupelo Honey responsible for operating the dish machine, cleaning and storing kitchenware, maintaining sanitation, monitoring water temperature, and assisting kitchen staff with trash/recycling tasks. Requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot, wet, and loud environment. No prior restaurant experience is required. Required Qualifications
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
- Must have flexibility of schedule
- No previous restaurant experience required
