Execute all management directives throughout shifts by loading, running, and unloading the dish machine while maintaining sanitary water temperatures. Wash and store all kitchenware, organize dishware for front-of-house staff, and bag dish room trash before it becomes unmanageable. Manage chemical storage, ensuring all supplies are stocked and labeled properly. Report any functional or mechanical problems with equipment immediately. Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work standing for up to 9 hours in a hot, wet, humid environment. Flexible schedule required.
