Dishwasher

Operate and maintain the dish machine while ensuring proper sanitation levels and reporting any issues. Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils, including hand-washing pots, pans, and specialty items in a 3-compartment sink. Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas by managing linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes. Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves to support team operations. This role requires flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with extended standing. Flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts are available part-time or full-time up to 40 hours per week.
