Job Summary
Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues. Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils. Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink. Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas. Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes. Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves. Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfort standing for extended periods. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness. Flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts.
