Dishwasher

Operate and maintain the dish machine while ensuring proper sanitation levels and reporting any issues. Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils, including hand-washing pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink. Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas, while keeping up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes. Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves, supporting the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts are available in part-time or full-time schedules up to 40 hours per week.
