Dishwasher

Sorts, rinses, and stacks dirty and clean dishes, glassware, and tableware while manually washing pots, pans, and trays. Operates the dish machine by changing water hourly, managing soak tubs, and maintaining a sanitary dishwashing area. Removes trash, sweeps floors, mops spills, and conducts general cleaning of the restaurant and restroom as directed. Ensures full compliance with Department of Health regulations and performs other duties assigned by the supervisor. This full-time role supports Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ, within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
