Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing, sanitizing, and properly stocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares. Ensure daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in coolers, freezers, steam tables, kitchen hoods, floors, and prep tables. Log dish machine temperatures daily, clean the ice machine monthly, and empty trash receptacles while monitoring for fullness. Break down staff meal areas and organize wares, ensuring no dirty dishes remain in prep trailers. Report accidents, illnesses, or broken equipment immediately to the manager on duty. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to uniform standards and safe work practices.
