Job Summary
Operate dishwashers (both automatic and manual) to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans while following proper sanitation procedures to ensure items meet health and safety standards. Ensure clean dishes and utensils are readily available for kitchen staff and servers by maintaining equipment and removing trash and recycling from the kitchen. Handle heavy objects, including stacks of dishes, pans, cases, and equipment, often requiring lifting up to 50 pounds. Work quickly in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
