Job Summary
Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly conditions. Sweep and mop all floors, store equipment in proper locations, and transport food and equipment throughout the venue. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training. Work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with sufficient mobility for constant reaching, bending, and pushing.
