Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean items in designated storage areas and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and sort waste into pickup areas while ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries and perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays, with a pay range of $17.50 to $21.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks
